Elevator emergency communication system 4G/VoLTE
The Lift eye-P emergency communication system is suitable for all elevators and elevator installations. It is manufacturer and year of manufacture independent and ideal for retrofitting existing systems or for modernizing an existing elevator emergency communication system to comply with current elevator standards and the latest technology.
Lift eye-P does not require an analog (PSTN) or ISDN telephone connection. The elevator emergency call device has an integrated 4G cellular module including a SIM card and antenna, which connects the emergency communication system to the emergency call center.
The Lift eye-P system enables fast and reliable on-site operational monitoring of the emergency call device. This semi-automated functional test does not tie up control center personnel resources and reduces the operating time of the operator.

Optimized Service Process
System monitoring is fully automated and requires no external measuring device on-site. Error messages are detected directly by the IP system and reported via text-to-speech. This saves you time and personnel costs. All status information is recorded in the emergency call center – around the clock, fully automatically.

The robust housing was specially developed for harsh operating conditions on elevator car roofs. It reliably protects the system from mechanical stresses such as impacts and pressure during maintenance work. This ensures that important components like the microphone, speaker, and antenna remain safe and functional – even with daily use.
Power outage prevention
Thanks to the integrated emergency power supply, the system powers the emergency light in the elevator car and keeps the emergency communication system operational for several hours, even during a power outage.
